Smiles Foundation Helping During Covid-19

Smiles Foundation, NGO has been working tirelessly to help the underprivileged. During the nationwide lockdown of Covid-19 Pandemic, our team has helped lakhs of people with cooked food packets and essential supplies to sustain themselves during such difficult times. While so many have lost their source of income and are suffering as they are unsure of the future, Smiles Foundation has given them a helping hand. They have been serving food to 500 people daily during the lockdowns and in the past 21 months distributed grocery kits to the poor and needy families and continued this noble work to the deprived sections of our society. 

Amidst the rising Covid cases and the subsequent lockdown, we have reached out to many people including Orphanages, Mentally challenged children, HIV affected children, senior citizens, Transgenders, Municipal Sanitation workers, jobless auto rickshaw and taxi drivers, Navi Mumbai postal employees, Adivasi villagers, migrant workers, unemployed TV artistes, vehicle towing personnel,  Ganpati Visarjan workers and the Dabbawalas of Mumbai. 
Handing out insurance policies to domestic workers, installing CCTV cameras to help in crime detection, distributing masks, sanitisers, essential food grain supplies, along with Gurudwara, they have also initiated Oxygen cylinders Seva to provide for the needy. 

Smiles Foundation, has helped more than 175,000 families with a vision to lead a life of dignity and respect and have brought joy to many faces:

  • Food packets and essential food grains distributed during the pandemic. 
  • Provided free ambulance service to the needy. 
  • Installation of CCTV cameras
  • Health check-up camps
  • Free oxygen service to covid affected

  • Tying up with premium educational institutions to provide free online education for underprivileged students. 
  • Creating job opportunities for all.

Who we are?

Smiles Foundation has been started with an objective to help women and children of our society who are in need of support This will be done at the mental, physical and emotional level of women.
